It pretty much lived up to the hype! Huge line for lunch but we were able to give our name & phone number so we could wander around or gamble. We did split up to do that & the wait was shorter than the 40 min. It was about a half hour but felt a lot faster.
Walking by, there were a bunch of empty tables. And we were seated at one of them later. I never understand why places do that, is there not enough staff or does it take that long to seat people?
Anyways on to the food:
Chicken wings (5+)- Prob the best damn chicken wings I've had in my life. The sauce was perfect. It was not a normal chicken wing but like a lollipop style where it's cut differently and the meat literally just falls off the bone. The blue cheese sauce is a must with it, my cousin wanted to opt out since he's not a blue cheese fan but he's so glad we got it on the side so he could try it & he was a fan.
Blue Cheese Burger (4 stars)- This was my favorite out of the 3 that we had. I love blue cheese & ah fig jam brings the sweet & salty aspect of it. I've had better burgers so it's not quite 5 stars but def satisfied the craving.
Hells Kitchen Burger (4 stars)- my second fav and others first. So I guess it's also all personal preference. This was a tasty burger though.
Forest Burger (3.5 stars)- I found this one to be a bit dry. Thank goodness for the duck bacon which made the burger have flavor but as a whole nothing to write home about.
Truffle Parmesan Fries (5+)- god damn these were good. You know how you order these and all the Parmesan eventually just falls to the bottom? Well this place knows how to do it right. Perfect seasoning on each fry & homemade dipping sauces (truffle aioli & homemade ketchup) were excellent!! A must order!
Overall if I were craving burgers in Vegas I may come back or try another place. It was surprising to me that the things I enjoyed most weren't the burgers though. So maybe I need to try different appetizers, sides & dessert next time!
