  • After more than 4 weeks, they still haven't managed to fix my dryer. First week was a loss due to their giving the wrong phone number to the technician. The next week weeks involved replacing some hardware ( the fuse 45$ ) that needed replacing, and then replacing other parts that didn't ( the motor 250$ ) instead of the timer. End result, down upwards of 500$ and still no dryer.
