  • THE WORST! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They have by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. Called to get a quote took Vera 1 week, then she quotes higher prices than the site advertised? Placed order reluctantly and call to make sure the product is in stock TWICE and was told yes, come to find out it wasn't and our company needed to have the bottles for orders. I then call back and speak to Carey a manager who acted apologetic and promised to see what he could do and call me back, he never did... I call again and speak to Vera and she tells me it's not in stock and that it can ship Wednesday, I tell her I need them and she promises to ship some next day air (300 of the 7500 lot) so we can fill our orders. I call back to get tracking and come to find out not only did the order not ship today but she shipped it 2nd day air and never even told me when we spoke over the phone making this urgent delivery 3 days off!! The owner of this business needs to fire everyone and restructure this company...this is COMPLETELY unprofessional and unacceptable business practices! I have had nothing but problems and been told lies on multiple occasions. I recommend ordering form alibaba or China they have better customer service and they are on the other side of the world! This company missed out on a large account with us as we were planning on ordering thousands of dollars of product a month and will never deal with them ever again!! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
