  • Only come here if you have LOTS of time. I ordered a caramel Frapuccino with no whip and a coconut mocha. First they were out of Frap mix (seriously? isn't Frappuccinos one of the most popular menu items?) I waited and waited when people behind me started to get their orders I asked about mine. They handed me a Caramel Frap with whip cream. Which was wrong. The barista went over to the sink and scrapped of the whipped cream. She handed me the drink. After waiting for 5 more minutes I asked about my second drink. They all looked very confused. Finally they asked me what did I order. After 20 minutes I finally got my drink. When I told them how long I waited they didn't seem to surprised. No one apologized so I guess if you have 20-30 minutes to wait for your morning coffee this is the place for you.
