  • I just tried to set up a service on a recalled air bag. This is not a urgent thing for me so I would be more than willing to set the appointment more than a month in the future. On a sat or sunday But they will only do service mon-fri before 2:00 for a recall. They want me to take a day off of work or rent a car to get this work done. I guess I will have to find another place to do this as I can not afford to take a day off for a recall issue that does not affect drivibility of the car. I called Avondale Toyota because they had the best reviews. I am sad to say my experience was not what I was expecting. Update: I got a call back in less than a hour after posting this review. The service manger was able to set a time on a Sat for the work to be done. They should review there policy on this as it should not take a negative review to get a simple appointment no matter what it is for. The appointment is for Dec 3rd ( My choice in date) I will update again to a 3-4 star if the service is good on that day.
