  • I called them in 2014 to come out for a check on our a/c system. The guy that came by was very nice and professional, but also tried to sell me the most expensive system they have. I told him that I would talk it over with my husband and get back to them. Of course, they kept calling me. We had a different company come by and was very pleased with them and decided to use them to get the work done. Ever since then, for over a year now, they have been calling me for a a/c service check. I told them that we had the work done with another company and that we have a warranty with them and we get the service done through them. After a while though, the calls kept coming and the minute I started getting angry and tell them to take me off the calling list, they hang up on me. This has happened the last 2 calls I've received from them. Another call today, I didn't let her get more than one sentence in and I told her to take me off the list and that I've repeatedly told them...That's as far as I got before she said certainly and then hung up on me. Very annoying people to deal with. Don't waste your time or money.
