I had an installation date of Saturday September 10. I received an email approximately two days before that asking me to call Empire and confirm. I called and confirmed the 10th as the install date. I then spent the next couple of days emptying fish tanks, moving personal items...etc The morning of September 10 I received a phone call at 7:15 am from the installer telling me they would be there between 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. I then took my dog to be boarded so that she was out of the way. 10:30 a.m. they had not shown up or called me so I called the main Empire customer service line. After speaking to three representatives they finally got a hold of the installer who said he didn't have enough carpet. No one even called me to say they wouldn't be there. I moved my entire house around, put my dog in a kennel, and wasted a Saturday.
