  • All the good reviews on here are fake. They are from either friends of the office staff or being paid by them. Decent area and convenient but community is full of trash both physical objects and people. It all starts with management. Jessie will smile and be sweet as heaven with you until you sign the lease then her true colors show and she reveals that she has a really bad attitude problem. Marisa is an idiot and doesn't know anything. Erick is okay. Marya is okay and tries to help but seems like she is to busy dealing with problems that Marisa and Jessie cause. Amenities: 24 hour 2 story gym that is always trashed and filled with kids AND Adults playing around in there. 2 pools that are also trashed, furniture thrown in them, and even floating diapers on a couple occasions. BBQ Area that has a broken grill, and dirty people always lingering around it and leaving their trash there. The units themselves, crap. Old chipped flooring, dirty carpet, holes in the walls, and just the feeling of dirtiness. The best part or this place beside the guy who hangs in-front of my unit and is strapped with 2 guns in exposed chest holsters most likely moving dope is the phone system at this place. It sends you to some sort of automated system and if you can bypass it the staff will ignore you until you go into the office and speak to them in person, but watch out for that attitude and temper from Jessie. Bottom line don't move here unless you like living the trap lifestyle.
