  • Purchased a dishwasher and had a very bad experience with the delivery. "Barlow Delivery" called me an hour before delivery to let me know they would be there in an hour so I raced home in the middle of the day from work To find a note on the door that I had missed my delivery. I was within the time frame. Called to talk with the dispatcher and was told that I had missed the delivery by 4 mins. Asked to turn the truck around and the dispatcher stated that they were out of my area! Asked how far can they get in 4 minutes then she became rude. NO CUSTOMER SKILLS OF ANY SORT BY BARLOWS DISPATCHER. If I would've known that Home Depot was going to use a 1 star delivery company I would not have made the purchase. I Ended up canceling my order with Home Depot
