  • I've been a member here since last April. I'd never worked out before - ever - and at the age of 34 my body was starting to tell me it wasn't working any more . I was very unsure about how this gym could help my hurting joints, migraines and being underweight but my doctors and pretty much everyone else insisted on exercise. I joined EOS here on Tbird! No clue what I was doing. The EOS team was a huge help getting me started and I've been very happy ever since! I was sad to see the last bad post - It may not be a true 5 star gym but I'm giving 5 stars for how I feel about it and my results. Yes it's a busy gym but even at one of their peek hours, 5pm, there is always some room and plenty of things I can do! The price can't be beat and the cost for childcare is super low too! Yes, the temperature has been off lately - freezing in the ladies locker and pretty warm in the quiet room but oh well - you sweat more when it's hot anyway! I still feel like I'm getting more than what I'm paying for. Working out even with no trainer , I've gained about 8 lbs of muscle in 10 months ( hell yes I lift :-) - may not seem like much but it is and has made a huge impact on how I feel physically, emotionally , mentally . My husband is super happy and and my friends are blown away by how strong I have become after always being knows as the tiny, skinny one.This busy little gym has impacted my life in an incredible way and I love coming here! I recommend this gym constantly and being truly honest - I'm a pretty good advertisement ;-) I hope they get their issues fixed - what happened to that guy, David, was not ok and I hope nothing like that happens to me. But calling people out by name and saying they don't have a purpose broke my heart - I love this gym and all the employees at the front are very sweet. But please fix those issues, EOS - the cost may be low but that should never be an excuse. Oh and can you please renumber the weights in the side rooms? :-) I'd write more but it's already too long and I gotta go to the gym!
