  • I just called to ask about getting my battery that I had previously bought at PB replaced and the guy who answered the phone was SO RUDE that I decided to go elsewhere. I'm also in the market for another set of low-pro tires, so this guy singlehandedly lost Pep Boys $800-$1000 and guaranteed I'll never shop here again.
