  • I was very excited Loblaws was opening in my area, but now after shopping there a few times I am very disappointed. Every time I come home from shopping groceries the result is at least 1item I have purchased is rotten. I could understand this once maybe twice, but 5 times with different fruits, vegetables and bread products is ridiculous. I should check better but I am trusting rotten fruit would not be left out for the public to purchase. I did not try returning it, I have two young children and just getting out to get groceries is a nightmare let alone having to go back multiple times. And the sushi is horrendous DO NOT EAT IT! It made my whole family ill. That's just the products, I was dumbfounded when I was at customer service asking about one of the deals they had on a sign outside the store and the manager looked at me as if I was an idiot and replied "I don't know what the signs say they change all the time." This sign had been out there for at least 5 days, I drive by it everyday. So in my experience I would avoid the aggravation and shop at one of the many other grocery stores in the area....Sobeys is a block away and Walmart super enter is in the same parking lot!
