  • Went here for years, but the service has continues to go down hill steadily. When I had my all-weathers put on in the spring, they 'forgot' to tighten the valve stems, so all my tires were flat the next morning. Just went in to have my winter tires put on (figured I'd give them another chance after all these years) and they were just a mess. After several miscommunications with the guy who was ringing me up (neglected to tell me that my front tires were shot until pressed) they told me it would be an hour or two. I signed the work order, gave them my keys and headed for the waiting room...at which point, they told me that it would be 4-5 hours.
