rev:text	Strongly advise to not enter agreement with this company. I felt they just were not up front and not responsive. A repair at my property took 47 days to complete, which is just unacceptable. Then when my lease comes almost up, they add $10 a month to their fee. Not worth it. They did find me good tenants, but maybe that was just luck.
