  • Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this store. Me and husband switched to AT&T from Verizon and we're told by "Stevie" that for 10g, Iphone7 and 7+, and a free IPad would be $110 a month. After 6 months of bills of $160 and constantly arguing and going back and fourth with costumer service and going into the store, we were told today that this information was never told to us and we were wrong. We are also being charged $10 a month for our "free" IPad" which was never said to us either. We were told we'd be stuck with the bill and there was nothing they could do because "they never gave us this information". If we would have never been told our bill would have been 110, we would not have chose to go with ATT. The staff are clearly educated to lie and scam costumers. Talking to a manager did nothing. She was extremely unhelpful and did nothing to try and help settle the issue(s). Stay with Verizon.
