  • I had the Fuego Chicken Breast and it was very moist, tender, and delicious. The chicken tasted fresh and the green tomatillo sauce, bacon, goat cheese, pico de gallo and tortilla strips complemented the chicken well. The tortilla chips were crispy and delicate, which I thoroughly enjoyed because they seemed homemade. For my first side, I had the cornbread, which was also moist and sweet. There were real corn kernels in the bread. My second side was the chipotle cheddar mashed potatoes. I thought this was also delicious and creamy. I would like to go to this restaurant again and perhaps try out their desserts.
