  • Had a very bad customer service experience with Public Storage and decided to move to a new storage company. Did my due diligence in the area and came across this Extra Space Storage store. Although a little worn, the facility was adequate for my needs, had availability of a convenient unit and was secure and clean. Most of all I decided to move because the customer service felt far more personal and accommodating. I felt like I was valued as a customer and my business appreciated. Management gave me comfort knowing there were guidelines that needed to be followed but provided enough flexibility to accommodate individual situations. Am happy with my decision to leave Public Storage and move to Extra Space. Recommend to anyone who values customer service and a quality facility.
