  • - We requested a crib and it took 4 requests over 2 days to get one delivered to our room. - The path from the entry to the hotel elevators is full of smokers. Since this hotel does support non-smoking floors, it would be nice if this main entry area was clear of smoke. I didn't enjoy walking my baby through a cloud of smoke every day. - The pillows were really crummy and we had only one thin blanket on the bed. In all, it was an inexpensive hotel that I wouldn't recommend for travelers with families.
