  • I had an earlier review that was negative so I deleted it. I was pulling my hair out trying to make an appointment for some technical help and having no success. Finally I got an appointment for the South Park Apple store where I had a very positive experience. I was lucky and got a technician by the name of Chris. He really knew what he was doing and was very patient. The store is very busy so it's best to go there at an off time. Try to avoid weekends and around lunch time and definitely have an appointment.
