  • Called towards the close of business one day to get a quote on a vehicle key cut. I only need the metal part cut as I already had the key fob part programmed etc. I wish I would have obtained names because that would have helped me in the moment as well as for this review. Anyways, the quote I received was reasonable and they told me to come back the next day as they were getting ready to close up shop. I said, "okay, no problem." I went there the next day in the morning soon after they opened up and a gentleman with reddish hair asks how he can help me. I told him I had received a quote the day before to have my vehicle key cut. He looked at me like I was crazy and told me that they wouldn't do it for that price. He quoted me a price at least $25 more than the quote from the day before. I even explained that I wouldn't need my key programmed, that I just needed it cut, etc. but to no avail. It was a total waste of time, which is exactly what I told Mr. red hair. If you're reading this, I wouldn't wast my time with these guys. Would definitely move on to another reasonable company that stands by their quotes.
