I've been going to OTF for a little over a month. I love that it's a "group" class but not like a cheesy dance or aerobics session. It's like a personal trainer gym session but with a group of other folks who are always pumped up and we motivate each other! OTF has actually made me like the treadmill, thanks to the trainers simply telling me what to do instead of mindless programming. And the rowers? yowza!
the Trainers are great. laid-back yet demanding, if that makes sense? One hour of "give it your all" and you feel so good afterwards.
the Heart Rate Monitoring: BRILLIANT. This is my favorite aspect. Just being able to look up and know what your heart is doing, and should you push more or lay off a bit. I have met people at OTF who say they have never even thought about their heart rate while exercising. whaaaaaaaaat? and then you can feel really proud as you watch your "red zone" numbers decrease after a few sessions. Heart is working more efficiently already!
I want to give five stars, but sometimes I feel like desk staff is not as knowledgeable about their business as you'd expect, but no matter what, just show up and work and you will feel AWESOME.
