  • After sending my 2 yr old Canon to the factory for a focusing problem, it was returned with the appraisal that said they couldn't find any problem (but I was charged for the "diagnostic). A trip to Phoenix and 5 minutes with Randy & my problem was solved. Stores like these are disappearing (thanks to Amazon & other online sources). I will show my support now by buying any equipment I need in the future from Foto Forum!
