  • We usually love to stay at Embassy Suites so I didn't even check the ratings of this hotel. Wow... It's not the worse hotel I've stay in... but I have been transported back to the 70's. Literally, this hotel has not been upgraded since 1970. The pool in the middle of the hotel does give it a resort feel and you can't beat the Embassy breakfast included... But the room??? The manager was excited to tell me that he upgraded my room to the executive suite. Oh. Maybe that means a room over looking the pool? A larger more luxurious room. No. It means there is the largest conference room table I've ever seen in a hotel room with 12 office desk chairs and a huge white board in the wall... yes in my hotel room. If I was just falling asleep I would've downgraded to the custodian's closet. That might have actually been an upgrade. I guess my Hilton's honors membership doesn't count for anything here.
