  • My husband and I purchase our vehicle here in May unexpectedly as ours was totaled in an accident. From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience. Matthew was amazing in making us feel as little worry as possible through this process. Our credit isn't the best do I was worried about finding something before our rental was due to go back. We looked at a bunch, sat in a few, and test drove a couple. Matthew was never pushy and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. We picked a car, signed the paperwork, met Joe Ball himself, and were ready to go. Matthew even offered to drive our new car to the rental place so we could turn ours in. We stopped in today for an oil change and everyone was just as friendly as our first experience. We love Joe Ball!
