  • Buyers beware! While we do not own a pool, we have purchased garden furniture through the Dorval store on two separate occasions. The sales rep was not very knowledgeable about the products or their policies. When we returned a lounge chair within 24 hours of purchasing it, we were informed that there is a "no return" policy and the Store Manager was less than pleasant......he clearly made me feel like I was bothering him---he seemed to care more about his daily sales than customer satisfaction. I would never purchase from here again.
