rev:text	WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! If I could give a negative rating I would. I reserved a party bus from V Transportation (formerly Vegas Transportation?). I paid a $50 deposit. I was told (by Sean or Shawn?) that I could cancel up to 2 weeks before the event date. I called on Tuesday Oct 2nd to cancel reservation after my fiance read TERRIBLE reviews about their practices. The woman who answered the phone (Loui?) told me they would refund me right away. She asked me only for the event date, not my name or card used or anything else. That day I was never transferred to accounting to cancel. I asked the woman Loui for a cancellation confirmation number and she said it would be emailed to me- makes no sense? I found it odd but didn't want to annoy her so I decided to wait and check for the refund. I checked my bank account today Oct 6th for the refund and it was not there. I called V Trasportation and spoke to the same woman (Loui? she was evading giving me a name). She said that I had to call back on Monday and hung up on me without letting me finish my question. I called back thinking the call had dropped and a man took the phone from her and began screaming at me. He cursed at me and told me to stop harassing them and that I had called over 20 times. I had only called once. He then told me that if I called again I wouldn't get my money back! I recognized his voice, he was the same man (Sean or Shawn?) who booked my reservation. He was outrageously rude and unprofessional, yelling and cursing at me at the top of his lungs and would not let me explain why I was calling. When I learned of this company's practices through reviews I could not believe other people's complaints but after dealing with them myself to ask a simple question regarding my refund I felt so insulted and offended that I even took the time to report them to the BBB and to post this. I have never been so humiliated in my life by a business!
