  • Not only is there an uber cool decorative vibe going on here (sweet "bike art" at the right amount), the baristas are fun, friendly and REALLY knowledgeable in the science of coffee! I order the pour over ($3) and the bean choices are from Spy House (Hello, Minneapolis neighbors!!) and Intelligentsia. From weighing the beans at a medium grind, to keeping the grounds wet by keeping the bloom blossoming, to timing out this process at a precise five minutes, these folks KNOW how to make a faaaaabulous cup of java!! If you get here early enough, there's a selection of amazing pastries (from Batch Bakehouse!!!). If you appreciate GOOD coffee, prepared well, you need to add this location to your favorites list!!
