We took a detour to this place during our Vegas trip, and it was actually not too far away from there. I was surprised at myself for not making an effort to here after visiting Vegas countless times. It generates power for all nearby towns and cities, especially the City of Lights, and even all the way to California.

At the state line between Arizona and Nevada, you can also pull the stunt of being at two places at the same time. After they built the bypass bridge over the top, there is less regular traffic on the street along the dam. The only problem I have with Hoover Dam is that I did not get to see any Transformers here. Where the heck was Optimus Prime?!
