  • This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I've renewed my lease once with the intent to renew again for many reasons. The location and convenience is a huge factor for me. It's a safe neighborhood with easy access to freeways, grocery stores and banks. Everything I need on a regular basis is right here in my little bubble within the Legacy community. The office staff and maintenance team work so hard and have the quickest response times - it's wonderful. They truly go above and beyond with service requests and are always friendly. The office doesn't have a package receiving area in the office which typically isn't an issue for me. One day, I had a packaged delivered from a pharmacy that I could not get home to in time. I requested the team stop by my place to simply place the package on my table. They not only completed this request within the hour but they actually read that the package needed to be refrigerated and was kind enough to make room for it in my fridge. It's the little things like this that add up to make the Legacy Team a pleasure to work with. Thank you guys for your continued support!
