| - Everyone please be aware of the HORRIBLE service that SunGlow Carpet and Tile Care provides! They are listed on Groupon & Living Social, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They came to my house on Saturday the 14th to clean my tile & grout. They did a really bad job of cleaning and there is still so much black left in the grout. My fiance called the company and they said they would call back to schedule a day to come out. He and I have both left multiple voice mails, and I've emailed them, and sent a Facebook message with no response still. For the past three days I've tried calling them and it goes straight to voice mail. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your time and money and go to a different company!
UPDATE: Chris threatened me because of this review, asking why I would post a negative review about him, telling me he knows where I live and he know where my husband works, that he could make a few phone calls. I have gotten an alarm system installed since hiring this company. Would not recommend ever!

I have multiple Facebook messages from Chris' personal Facebook to mine saying he knows where I live and where my husband works. I DO NOT KNOW HIM, HIS EMPLOYEES OR EX-EMPLOYEES PERSONALLY so this is not for the reason Chris said below. I have a receipt from this company saying I paid for his services. If I knew his ex employees, I wouldn't have paid for services before posting a bad review. I have a recorded conversation of Chris telling me that my life is so miserable and I must hate my life.
I HAVE REPORTED CHRIS TO THE BBB. His last response to the BBB was:
"I know the BBC is a waste of time and I'm really getting tired of getting attacked by this lady she is f****** crazy I refuse to be held hostage anymore this person is blaming us for stuff we did not do and I am NOT going to stand in front of a loaded gun if I receive any more outburst from you or this lady I will sue you with legal representation"
This is the guy you will let into your house if you hire him. He is very unprofessional and has used obscene language with me via text, phone, and Facebook messages. He has threatened to sue me before and has done nothing. At one point he told me he was done with me and to contact his insurance company but he doesn't have one because he doesn't have a business license.
If you do hire this company when he ruins your stainless steel fridge and refuses to come and clean it, because it isn't his fault his chemicals got on it, you can buy Bar Keepers Friend and it will come off. (OKAY Chris, this is information you can use too, get some Bar Keepers Friend to clean off people's fridge before someone takes it further than I am with just reviews and actually sues you.) Also, Chris you can stop making up stories like the comment you posted below or else I will start posting pictures of proof that I'm not lying.
