  • When I originally found this place I was in love. I had a wonderful gel dip manicure that lasted 3 1/2 weeks. My second time around was another story. I had wanted another gel dip manicure and the nail tech assigned to me you could tell had very little, if any at all experience with gel dip. On multiple occasions she had to ask another nail tech what the process was. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought it would be okay. 12 days after my manicure, all of my nails had already started to loosen and peel and one nail had even popped off. I called to see what the guarantee was and they said even though it was after 7 days they would fix them no charge. Upon arrival they offered to only fix 2 of the nails. Rather than having only two nails fixed I opted to have them all removed instead. I didn't want to walk around with 8/10 nails grown out and popping off and 2 fresh nails. The nail tech never disclosed that I would be charged for removal. Needless to say I was charged 15$ to have their mistakes removed. Had I known this I would have removed them myself. Sad to say I will never return to a place who runs a business like this.
