  • My boyfriend and I were in town for the weekend and if we find ourselves in Phoenix, Arizona again, we will NOT stay here ever again. As we stepped into the lobby, a heavy cigarette odor greeted us. We were given the first room next to the entrance and let me just say it was disgusting! The carpet looked filthy, almost a dirty green. Please do not walk barefoot or risk catching fungi. The furnisher was old and worn out. There was TAGGING on the night stand! How have they not done anything to fix that? There were sketchy people standing around and we were paranoid of our car getting broken into. The tv nor the remote control worked. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and to be quite honest we felt disgusted even laying on the bed. I get that this hotel is very cheaply priced, but come on! The condition of the hotel is unacceptable! I would like a refund.
