  • James was beyond rude, unprofessional and actually cussed at me because HIS shop didn't do what they said they were going to do and after supposedly going to be done today tells us that he hasn't even started working on the truck and that hopefully it would be done Wednesday. Horrible customer service and NOT dependable.
