| - Man where do I begin?? Long story short I had a previous "pooper scooper" business cleaning my yard prior to Skip's and though I understand it is cleaning up poop there should still be some kind of quality associated with it. Luckily that company is not on yelp.. Anyways, I was unhappy with the previous services so I took a stroll on yelp and came across Skip's. Reviews looked good so I figured I would give him a call and find out the details. Was promptly answered, gave Skip the run down on the yard, how many dogs, etc. He explained his plan of attack and how his operation works and I must say I was impressed, yes even for a "pooper scooper" service.
Needless to say I went with Skip's to handle my big 2 goofball dog's poop, both are mastiff mixes. He was there when he said he was going to be there, the following day, didn't even need to look at the yard, he just grabbed his tools and went to work. Was there for about 20 minutes or so, as he left he locked the side gate and made sure it was closed.
Now to the good stuff.. Might be asking what the yard looked like? Well put it this way you wouldn't even know I had dogs after he was finished. This was my biggest complaint about the last service is the lack of attention to detail, it seemed as if they only picked up the noticeable poop and that was it. This is not the case for Skip's it is literally spotless in the backyard, as far as poop is concerned. Also every night on the day before service you get a reminder that he is coming by just in case you need to have payment ready, or leave the gate unlocked, or whatever needs to be addressed. Its been about 4 weeks now of service and I couldn't be happier with the service and will not look anywhere else.. Skip's will be following us to our next home.
P.S. It's not that I mind picking up poop, its just the abundance of crap my 2 dogs put out on a constant basis is sometimes overwhelming.. and lastly I am a Veteran business owner myself and so is Skip's, so anytime I can contribute back to fellow Veteran's I am more than happy to do so.
