My 89 year old Dad bought a LG refrigerator at this Lowe's. After a few months the freezer and ice maker stopped working. He was dealing with LG and had repairmen coming to the house at least 8 times and they were not fixing the problem. He then decided to go back to Lowe's since LG was not fixing the problem. Managers Julie and Ami could not be anymore accommodating. The lent him a freezer until LG would fix the problem. Well the repairman came again today and now the refrigerator is not working!
He went back to Lowe's and they gave him his money back and he will purchase a different refrigerator. Certainly NOT an LG! Thank you Lowe's for standing behind your products! My whole family will only shop at Lowe's from now on. :)
