| - What's the point of placing an order in advance and arriving to find out your order has yet to be made?
I placed my order well ahead of time to make sure it would be ready for pick up by the time I was through with running errands. When I arrived, I asked the woman at the counter if my order was ready. She told me that they didn't have an order by my name, so I showed her a printed receipt as proof. She told me: "Oh, I'll go ahead and make your food now." Um, yeah, shouldn't you have done that before I arrived? I could've received my food sooner if I had just shown up and waited in the regular line, which was moving quickly and had more people.
On top of not having my order prepared, she didn't properly seal my salad bowl. By the time I arrived home, the sauces in the salad had leaked through the paper takeout bag and made a mess on my car seat. Lastly, my burrito wasn't wrapped correctly. Folding the tortilla inward to create a "pocket" isn't going to hold all the chicken, beans, lettuce, sauce, and rice. I'm not a burrito-rolling expert but how can employees, who work at Mexican(ish) restaurant, not know how to wrap a burrito?
As for the food -- Meh. Too much beans in my burrito, though the sauces here are much spicier than at other locations, which I'll be choosing to visit over this one.
