  • There has to be better places. I have been going here off and on for over a year now. Tried 7 or 8 therapists. Two of whom were terrific but then the next time I went to book with them they had moved on. One therapist shared with me that the split offered between this company and the therapist was appallingly low. That would account for why the therapists that i had there were new to the biz and why the very good ones simply move on. Therapist quality here is very hit and miss. I recently had such a lousy therapist that I left my massage when it was little over half complete. After being reassured by the booking receptionist that the therapist had strong hands I was greatly disappointed at the weakness and uselessness of the massage. I laid on the table getting more and more frustrated. I acknowledge that there are reasonably priced massages here but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I left several massages i had here disappointed and only a couple of them did I leave feeling terrific. I do acknowledge that the location is convenient and the premises is clean. When all goes well the front desk is friendly and efficient enough but they did not handle my disappointment at my last massage well at all. I was proffered a disingenuous and cursory apology. I paid for the massage and left. I am looking now for an eager and strong therapist that likes their work and is good at it. I will forget these loss-leader discount places that hire neophyte therapists. The cost is just too high.
