  • From the first call with Crystal it was a great experience getting a scratch on my bumper fixed. She wasn't just helpful but had a great attitude, very friendly and accommodating. Best customer service I have had in awhile (which prompted this review). Also, her Dad a veteran was very friendly and they had the best value of the 3 companies I called. Their team made my bumper look brand new and they even buffed out some other scratches they noticed at no extra cost just based on the original quote. I'm going back soon with a scheduled appt in about a month for a clear bra on my car to protect it from the issues I initially brought it in for. I didn't even hesitate to get another quote because of this first experience I had and I can tell they care about their customers and it made me want to give them the business.
