  • Bought a $5200, top of the line, Flexsteel Leather couch set here and within two weeks the reclining parts started making loud clicking sounds. Contacted about the warranty... and then learned that the warranty is a complete joke. You need to deliver the couches back to the warehouse, or pay $99 for them to take a look. Full warranty my ass.
