Such a fun workout!
The Tuesday morning Aerial Pilates class I took was very challenging for the upper body. There was a lot of pulling yourself up or holding your arms out. Most women need more upper body strength anyway, so this is a great way to get it done!
The Sunday night guided meditation in the hammock class was amazingly relaxing. Vanessa uses multiple singing bowls, organic essential oils, calming music, lavender eye masks, and positive affirmations to help mentally lift you out of your body and into a meditative realm of consciousness.
I'm so excited to try the kids class with my son over spring break! The studio offers aerial and mat, beginner and advance, yoga and Pilates. So there's literally something for everyone!
