We had a pre-paid reservation for the Grandview Resorts at Las Vegas. Upon arrival, we were told that the clerk could not locate our reservation, even though we had a confirmation number. Because we arrived at 11:45pm, the clerk also notified us that he could not resolve the matter until the reservation desk opened the next day and since we were stranded without a room, we were forced to purchase a room next door. The next morning, were told on a 2 hourly basis to check back 2 hours later. At 2:30pm in the afternoon, we were told via an email that there isn't resolution to our pre-paid room because the key manager wasn't available. We ended up purchasing a room next door for the remainder of our stay at or around the same price and will work with our credit company to dispute the charges since this hotel did not honor our pre-paid reservation.
