  • Had a reservation at 10 am and I got there and there were no cars available, I was leaving for vegas right when I got the car. They weren't going to do anything but I made him all around to see what places had one. Worst customer service they acted like oh well sorry. They sent me to another place and the girl kept answering the phone instead of just handling me so I could get out of there , it took an hour to finish and they were people there with the same problem. Do not get a rental from hertz, I should of read the reviews on here before hand.
