  • It had been a VERY long time since I had been to a dentist, and I went in to get up-to-date. There wasn't a bit of judgement when I told them how long it had been, and Dr. Thompson was completely honest about what my treatment options were. He didn't try to urge me to get any expensive treatments that I didn't actually need, and he really set my nerves at ease by explaining the timeline of what he was going to do. The hygienists are also delightful, and I so appreciate that they have Saturday hours! The reason I gave it four stars instead of five? Call me superficial, but it's not the nicest looking office and it feels a bit run-down. The front office staff could also use a bit of customer service training, and I had to stay on top of them a few times to get what I needed (such as being greeted when I walked in). That said, I'm overall happy to be a patient there...the care team is wonderful, and that's ultimately what I'm there for.
