| - Sunset Gardens was OUR FIRST & LAST VENUE that we looked at. I wanted to have GARDEN WEDDING.
We live in LA and wedding here can be VERY EXPENSIVE and our friend suggested that we should look up some venues in Las Vegas because most of the venues there have Wedding Packages which majority of what you'll need are included in the package and AFFORDABLE. We REGRET NOTHING. Everything was PERFECT!
We booked the "OUTDOOR WEDDING" 75 people, and we paid $75 PP for the EXTRA people we had after 75 guests.
Our wedding was on SEPTEMBER 9, 2017, we booked our wedding day back in Oct. 2015, which was 2 yrs prior to our wedding because we knew it's the right venue for us. We booked the "TERRACE ROOM"
TERRACE ROOM was the BEST, it has the most lighting outside which was so romantic and it's PRIVATE... Everyone can chill outside under the lights after the ceremony.... For 2 yrs I booked this place, I would always look on YELP constantly for new reviews, new pics and anything thats happening the LATEST here at Sunset Gardens. I was always worried that something wrong will happen BUT EVERYTHING was perfect there at Sunset Gardens. They will contact you a month before your wedding about what you'll want for your dinner selection, linen selection, and YOU WILL TELL EVERYTHING YOU PLAN for your wedding TO YOUR WEDDING COORDINATOR
Sunset Gardens did NOT DISAPPOINT US.
*****OUTDOOR WEDDING PACKAGE*****
=Garden Gazebo Ceremony. (so beautiful, it's just what we need)
=Dinner reception "TERRACE ROOM" for 4 hours. (our wedding was from 7:30 pm to 12 am)
=7 item BUFFET (prime rib and chicken was delicious)
=OPEN BAR (we have to have this! can't believe it's incl. in the package)
=DJ/EMCEE ( the DJ listened to everything I wanted for my wedding)
=Wedding Cake -Our wedding cake is 3 TIERS (Tiers of Joy by Kathy)
=Linens, Covers, Fishbowl (fishbowl centerpiece glass included for 1 day/rent use only)
=PHOTOGRAPHY w/$50 print credit (photographer was organized and knew what pictures to take. BASIC photography but UNLIMITED. You'll receive ALL your photos taken during the wedding. ( I HAD ANOTHER PHOTOGRAPHER during my wedding for different angle shots)
=Minister is also included, (they will contact you the day before the wedding and will ask HOW YOU WANT THE WEDDING CEREMONY will be.
=Wedding COORDINATOR is INCLUDED. My wedding coordinator was SAMANTHA, and she is the BEST. Even my husband was very impressed! Samantha listened to EVERYTHING WE wanted done during our wedding and she EXECUTED THEM PERFECTLY. Thank you Samantha.
=Wedding Rehearsal is also done the day before the wedding.
=PETALS FLORIST, you'll get credited $300 for flowers, which I only USE the $300 credit for my WEDDING BOUQUET, GROOM'S BOUTONNIERE and 8 Groomsmen's Boutonniere. I got the centerpieces and wedding ceremony flowers from ANOTHER FLORISTS because I feel like they were charging us too much for simple flower arrangements for the bridesmaids FLOWERS and centerpieces alone.
=JOLEON SPA will credit the bride $100 credit if you book 3 or more girls with the bride. Hair Stylist made my hair so horrible. I was not happy with the outcome.
***UPGRADES***
=SATURDAY Wedding Day FEE $500 extra.
=VIDEOGRAPHER was $525 and another $75 for highlight montage, coming out to "$600" for video. WEDDING VIDEO was VERY BASIC. Don't expect something you see online for the price of $600.
=VENUE LIGHTINGS- I also got my 10 SETS of PURPLE LIGHTING in the reception area from PETAL FLORIST, which costs "$300 extra". VENUE Lighting DOES NOT COME FROM SUNSET GARDENS, contact Petals Florists for it.
