  • My favorite local bar. The crowd generally consists of adults who know how to throw back a few drinks but not be total jack-asses (read: no frat boys yelling for bomb-shots and 'oh-my-gawd' girls here!). Small menu that includes a delicious vegan 'not-dog' that you can get with or without 'kraut. ALL the bartenders are top notch and treat you like a friend without seeming disingenuous or phony. All-in-all, a wonderful little gem with a respectable beer selection, tasty wines and bartenders who know how to make a fine, quality cocktail. Cheers, Fillmore!
