  • My family always buys their cars from ford so obviously I was like well I guess I will too. Don't get me wrong I love my car but I do believe that I could've got a better deal had I gone to a different location or had a different salesman. Also I was kept waiting for a long ass time during the process of getting my car. I think it took me four hours to get my car, when I picked it out within the first 5 minutes upon arrival. It was ridiculous and I feel like since I'm only 21 they didn't think I was serious. Like that's extremely rude. (Two stars for the service but also because they tried ripping me off at the auto shop saying my battery was dead took it to two out side sources that say my battery is running fine. Of course it is my car is brand new!)
