  • We called YES! to estimate a simple toilet valve replacement issue. I may not be a plumber but I have several years of experience in residential and commercial construction defect litigation so I know if a job is simple or not. They quoted a service charge of $450. We got a second opinion from a licensed plumber who charged only $80 including parts. Always get a second opinion after you call these guys!
