  • Linda V. Fantom, PH.D. was my mother's psychiatrist. We have been to several Doctors over the years and this one was by far the rudest one she has been to. We live 35 minutes away from the office, but my Mother always leaves at least 45 mins to an hour before her appointment. When she left there was a major accident on the 15 freeway, which would've made her over an hour late for the appointment. Dr. Fantom said it doesn't matter what the reason, if my mother was not at the office for her appointment then we would have to pay a cancelation fee of $75. Even though there was nothing we could do about the accident. Needless to say we will not be going back. If I could give less than a 1* review I would.
