  • In March, we moved to Phoenix from out of state and rented this apartment after a very quick tour. we contracted a 6-month lease just in case things weren't as they appeared. In October, we renewed for a year. We have been pleased with the unit itself and maintenance we've requested. We live in a unit facing the I10 and were at first concerned with possible traffic noise, but now are glad we did as there is ample parking along the wall and I've never had to park our car more than a few spaces left or right. My only concern is people with dogs not on leashes and those who don't pick up their dog feces. Many times I've come around a corner, with my leashed dog, startled by one not on a leash. I have never seen so many dog waste stations, yet there is not one in the field behind my building (18) where everyone takes their dogs it seems constantly, letting them do their business without picking up afterwards.
