  • Had a horrible experience! After going through the wash I waited over 20 minutes in the car, no one ever came as they usually do. I kept seeing other attendance pull in and were greeted. So I just left the keys and the car to go inside. I waited an additional 30 minutes until someone came to get me, already frustrated I could see the visible water spots still on the car from where they just let it sit and dry! I opened the door, to find the attendant even left rags on my console! I handed him the rags as he apologized. When I got some I did a further inspection to find out they didn't even remove the rugs to vacuum beside the water spots. Didn't move the seats to vacuum, how do I know?! Because when I did I found $10 so thanks. Called and spoke to Daniel who says he was the manager, I explained to him what happened and I wasn't happy with my service today. He said that the wait was normal when it's busy, it was Thursday and maybe 10 cars total. I also told him I seen a guy moving cars but no one ever came over only to find out that was actually him! He apologized and said to bring it back but I advised him I already got some stuff from Walmart and redid the outside and the inside of the car because so I frustrated. He said he would go talk to them about it.
